Tournament Director: Jim Hlavka
Description: This is a 5 round tournament played round-robin-style in groups of 6. The initial rounds, resulting in a winner at each table, will be played at the set time. Playoffs between table winners will be organized throughout Congress week.
Rating Criteria: This tournament is not rated.
Time Limit: 20 minutes per player; no byo-yomi.
Handicaps: A handicap table will be posted prior to the tournament start.
Winners: One player at each table will be declared the “Table Winner.” Table winners will have a playoff on a later day (to be determined by the TD) with a single elimination format to determine overall Dan and Kyu champions.
