Transportation - Arrival on Saturday, 7/30
As of July 20th, the shuttles to the airport are now locked-in. If you need to make a change, please email the Events coordinator.
Estes Park is approximately a 1.5 to 2 hour drive from the airport depending on traffic. A regularly scheduled shuttle runs from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Estes Park six times a day.
If you choose to use the shuttle service, please email your flight information to the Registrar once you have it. We will email you the shuttle information prior to your arrival. If your flight schedule changes later, no worries – just resend your flight information to us and change your selection below (if needed). Infants 2 and under are free. ** For children seven and under, you must provide your own booster or car seat (per CO law).**
If you’re arriving or departing on different days than July 30th and Aug 7th, you can arrange airport shuttle service yourself on this website. Use group code “AGO22”.
Renting a car at the airport is another good alternative. While the YMCA has a lot of amenities on site, there is no regularly scheduled shuttle service to town (except for Wednesday, Aug 3rd, when the congress will be providing shuttles to town.)
Taxis, Uber, and Lyft can take you from the airport to Estes Park, but you’ll likely have a problem finding return service back to the airport.
